The second cycle of the “2019-2021 Performance Share Plan” was completed in 2019. After determining the extent to which the three-year objectives were achieved, the Board of Directors determined the number of shares free of charge to grant – through the use of treasury shares, under the conditions previously set at the Shareholders’ Meeting – to be a total of 427,106 shares.
