Further to the news release published on 6 August 2024, we herewith inform that, in compliance with current regulations, the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2024 of Banco BPM and the independent auditor’s report are available to the public at the registered office of Banco BPM, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the corporate website of Banco BPM www.gruppo.bancobpm.it (“Investor Relations – Financial Reports” section), as well as on the website of the authorized central storage mechanism www.emarketstorage.it.

Facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 6 agosto 2024, si rende noto che, in ottemperanza alla vigente normativa, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede sociale di Banco BPM, presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito internet di Banco BPM www.gruppo.bancobpm.it (sezione “Investor Relations – Bilanci e Relazioni”) e sul sito internet del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato www.emarketstorage.it la relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno 2024 del Banco BPM e la relazione della società di revisione legale.
