(“DHH”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the “Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe”, announces a change of shareholders, accordingly to article 17 – Rules for Companies. Seeweb Srl, in the framework of an internal reorganization activity, transferred its 360.000 shares of DHH (equal to the 25,352% of the social capital of DHH) to Seeweb Holding Srl.
