(“DHH”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the “Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe,” announces that today has completed the acquisition of mCloud d.o.o. Beograd (“mCloud” - www.mcloud.rs), a cloud computing provider based in Serbia. In particular, DHH completed the acquisition of the 62% of the company for a total value of 195.000 EUR, with the option to buy the other 38% in 2 years, after the approval of the financial statements 2020.
