The 2024 annual financial report includes the draft of the statutory financial statements and the consolidated financial statements, the directors’ report with the sustainability report, the due attestations prepared according to art. 154-bis, paragraphs 5 and 5 ter of the CLF, the reports of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm and the board of statutory auditors, the annual report on corporate governance and ownership structure
