Purchase of treasury shares

Milan, 9 May, 2019 – MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, in the context of the resolution of the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting on 26 April 2018, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 1,400 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value date 8 May, 2019, at an average price of Eur 3.14504 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 4,403.05. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
