(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that, with reference to the share buyback program started on 3 June 2024 (see press release) in execution of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of 29 April 2024, during the period from 1 July to 5 July 2024, purchased a total of 4.259 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of EUR 28,862832 per share, for a total value of EUR 122.926,80. Therefore, as of the date of this press release, DHH holds directly no. 13.927 treasury shares, equal to 0,28% of the share capital.
