Purchase of treasury shares

Milan, 6 March, 2019 – MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, in the context of the resolution of the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting on 26 April 2018, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 7,020 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value dates 28 February and 4 March, 2019, at an average price of Eur 2.8833 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 20,241.00. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
