Technical, functional and commercial questions will be managed from Mondays and Fridays between 8.30 a.m. and 06.30 p.m. all working days.
- Technical queries include technology-related questions on access and browsing. For example, they may include requests to change or renew certificates and authentication credentials (username, password, etc.), information on the minimum requirements in order to use the service (browser, technologies supported, network infrastructure, etc.), and all other queries strictly related to the IT platform.
- Functional and commercial enquiries include general information requests, service activation, support in storing press releases and documents in line with the Consob guidance, and statutory, administrative and commercial assistance.
