Saipem S.p.A.: Annual Report 2018 approved by the Board of Directors on March 11, 2019, containing the consolidated and draft statutory financial statements of Saipem SpA at December 31, 2018, the Directors' Report and the declaration pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree n. 58/1998 as well as the Reports by the Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors. The Consolidated Non-Financial statement, pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016 has been published in a specific section of the Directors' Report.
