Announcement under art. 17 of Euronext Growth Milan Rules: change in significant investors

Milan, 18 December, 2023 – Growens S.p.A. –GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, announces, according to article 17 of Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulations, that on 15 December, 2023 they were notified a change in the shareholding by the significant shareholder Gianluca Pronti, whose direct and indirect ownership in Growens fell below the regulatory 5% significant threshold as a consequence of his participation in the voluntary partial tender offer promoted by Growens on its own shares, settled on 13 December, 2023.
