DHH - Weekly report on the purchase of treasury shares

Milan, 17 June 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that, with reference to the share buyback program started on 3 June 2024 in execution of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of 29 April 2024, during the period from 10 June to 14 June 2024, purchased a total of 2.800 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of EUR 24,419 per share, for a total value of EUR 68.373,20. Therefore, as of the date of this press release, DHH holds directly no. 3.900 treasury shares, equal to 0,08% of the share capital.
