(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces the financial calendar for 2025, which is summarized below: - 21 March 2025: Board of Directors meeting approving the draft Financial Statements 2024 and the consolidated Financial Statements 2024; - 29 April 2025: Shareholders’ meeting, on first call, approving the Financial Statements 2024; - 30 April 2025: Shareholders’ meeting, on second call, approving the Financial Statements 2024; - 22 May 2025: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the results as at 1Q2025; - 22 September 2025: Board of Directors meeting approving the Consolidated Condensed Interim Financial Statements 2025, subject to limited review by the auditing firm; - 21 November 2025: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the results as at 3Q2025.
