Publication of Notice of Call of the Shareholders’ Meeting

The meeting will take place in Bologna (BO, Italy), via Santo Stefano 50, 40125, at the registered office of Princivalle Apruzzi Danielli Law Firm exclusively through the Designated Representative, to discuss and resolve on the following Agenda: 1. Approval of the financial statements of Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. as of 31 December 2019. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2019, relevant and consequential resolutions; 2. Proposal of authorization to the purchase and disposal of own shares, relevant and consequential resolutions; 3. Determination of the fees of Board of Directors’ members for the year 2020.
