Partial demerger of Banca Akros S.p.A. in favor of Banco BPM S.p.A.

Following the press release issued by Banco BPM S.p.A. on 3 October 2023, notice is hereby given that, as of 1st January 2024, the legal effects of the partial demerger of Banca Akros S.p.A. (Banca Akros) in favor of Banco BPM S.p.A. (Banco BPM) will take effect.
