Purchase of treasury shares

Milan, 11 June, 2019 – MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, in the context of the resolution of the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting on 18 April 2019, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,700 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value dates 5 and 7 June, 2019, at an average price of Eur 3.2831 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 15,430.7630. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
