Valuation of independence in accordance with Article 6-bis of the EGM Issuers’ Regulations

(“DHH” or the “Company”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that today the Board of Directors assessed the independence of the independent director Andrea Arrigo Panato, verifying, in accordance with Article 6-bis of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulation, the existence of the independence criteria set forth in the Bylaws, also taking into account the quantitative and qualitative criteria of relationships potentially relevant to the evaluation of independent directors, approved by the Board on 21 March 2024.
