DHH - Weekly report on the purchase of treasury shares

Milan, 29 July 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that, with reference to the share buyback program started on 3 June 2024 (see press release) in execution of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of 29 April 2024, during the period from 22 July to 26 July 2024, purchased a total of 2.863 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of EUR 27,263640 per share, for a total value of EUR 78.055,80. Therefore, as of the date of this press release, DHH holds directly no. 21.175 treasury shares, equal to 0,43% of the share capital.
