Notification of substantial change in shareholding

Milan, 31 October 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it has received today from Giandomenico Sica the notice of substantial change in shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations. As a result of the sale transaction of 40.000 shares on October 30, the number of shares held by him decreased from 268.003 to 228.003, falling below the 5% threshold.
