Milano, 11 giugno 2019 – MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (la “Società” o “MailUp”), società ammessa alle negoziazioni sul sistema multilaterale di negoziazione “AIM Italia / Mercato Alternativo del Capitale” e attiva nel campo delle marketing technology, nell’ambito della vigente autorizzazione all’acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 18 aprile 2019, comunica di aver acquistato su AIM Italia, con valute 5 e 7 giugno 2019, n. 4.700 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 3,2831 per azione per un controvalore complessivo di € 15.430,7630.

Milan, 11 June, 2019 – MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, in the context of the resolution of the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting on 18 April 2019, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,700 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value dates 5 and 7 June, 2019, at an average price of Eur 3.2831 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 15,430.7630. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
