(DHH.MI) (azioni ISIN IT0005203622) comunica che, con riferimento al programma di acquisto di azioni proprie avviato il 3 giugno 2024 (v. comunicato stampa) in esecuzione della delibera dell’assemblea dei soci del 29 aprile 2024, nel periodo dal 3 giugno al 7 giugno 2024 ha acquistato un totale di n. 1.100 azioni ordinarie, al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 21,395091 per azione, per un valore complessivo di Euro 23.534,60. Pertanto, alla data del presente comunicato, DHH detiene direttamente n. 1.100 azioni proprie, pari al 0,02% del capitale sociale.

(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that, with reference to the share buyback program started on 3 June 2024 (see press release) in execution of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of 29 April 2024, during the period from 3 June to 7 June 2024, purchased a total of 1.100 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of EUR 21,395091 per share, for a total value of EUR 23.534,60. Therefore, as of the date of this press release, DHH holds directly no. 1.100 treasury shares, equal to 0,02% of the share capital.
